This wine is composed of the 2 type of vines (pinot noir - 80 % - , Meunier - 20 % -), assembled with our red Champagne wine (champagne red grape maceration).

The result provides rosy constructed with a regular flavour and a constant color in time. The objective is the regularity of the product.

This champagne will allure the amatrices in general. It is advised to consume it with a dessert or at the time of a complete meal.
