This wine is composed of the 3 type of vines (Pinot noir - 20 % -, Meunier - 10 % - et chardonnay - 70 % - ) from the vintage 2001.
Its proportions create a champagne of exception with a superb nose and an excellent aspect in mouth. It strongly resembles the white of white with a point of promptness of to the presence of pinot noir.
